I actually have two UPS locations closer to me, but I’ll hold onto my returns until I’m heading to work in Pigeon Forge just so I can come to this one. The staff here is always friendly, helpful, and never intimidating. I’ve been coming at least once a month for the past year, and I’ve never had a single bad experience — not one “bad apple” in the bunch. Great people, great service, and an all-around excellent establishment!
