- JSJade StanekFeb 14, 20261.0Drove 2 hours to get a passport on Saturday because the US government website says they do passports on Saturdays. The worker and her manager refused to help us. The worker said she got in trouble last week for doing a passport on a Saturday… (?) if I can report this post office I’m going to do it because I know they simply don’t WANT to do it not that’s they can’t.

They said people steal out of mailboxes, bs I’ve never had that happen here. This time said they tried to deliver certified letter but I was in the living room and neither of my two dogs barked. If someone pulls in the driveway they bark. They just didn’t want to get out in the rain and get drizzled on.
- SSSSS SupportJul 15, 20235.0Place is a great post office. It is small so everyone there is busy, but for the most part they come right up to the desk as soon as you come in. Eventually they even remember your name. The mail carrier doesn't deliver packages to my house because the driveway is steep and muddy, so either I see the pink slip in the mailbox or I get the email it's there and I go down to get it. It's less than a 5 minute drive and I live outside the city, so no complaints about having to go in.

Ordered a Father's Day gift well in advance and for the last 4 days it has said it was delivered to the Parson's post office and has not been delivered. Just got a notice that it was marked as delivered, yet I have been home all day and it has never arrived. Called Amazon and they stated that it was marked as delivered by the post office, so they lost it and just marked it as delivered which is fraud. Amazon is reporting them but from the reviews clearly I am not the only one that this happens to and now a day before Father's Day don't have our gift.
