The mail carriers here are some of the worst I’ve seen. Misdelivered federal mail twice costing me a lapse in benefits. Have had two cards lost or misdelivered in the mail. Which mind you I had to pay out of pocket to replace. They get really lazy on Saturdays and take five times longer just to deliver the mail. This place really needs a visit from someone hire up that can retrain everyone.

I ordered a pirate costume from Amazon for my daughter who was going to be on a float for the fish fry parade and it said it was in Paris the day before. It wasn’t delivered so I called the post office and spoke with a man named Jamie. He went and searched through a whole pallet of Amazon packages, called some party stores and even called a friend of his to see if she still had one that she wore one year for Halloween. He suggested I post on Facebook and I found one that worked out perfectly. He then called me later to tell me his friend didn’t have it anymore. It’s rare these days for people to go out of their way for customers but Jamie is a keeper. Paris post office this man needs a raise.

This is the worst phone system I have ever tried to use. It sucks bad. The post office is failing because it has lost its customer service. No more get it to you know matter what weather or how far I need to go. Avoid using it if you need to use mail.
