When I checked the delivery status before bed, it showed due for Tuesday delivery. At 8 pm, it was not there so I went to bed. It definitely was not there at 4 p.m. as it stated. I am not happy items are left on top of my mailbox. Please do not leave my packages there again, and be kind enough to deliver them as you do for the other neighbors, at their door. The stone around my mailbox is not a place to leave my packages as they can get stolen. If you aren't leaving the neighbors packages at their mailbox outside, do not do it to me, please! It is rude!

I was in and out by the time my appointment time actually came. The lady that helped me was quick, efficient and friendly. She even showed me my picture to make sure it was okay. I wish I had gotten her name to shout her out. I didn’t talk to the other two ladies at the counter but they seemed very pleasant as well.
