- RCRyan cowskyFeb 25, 20261.0I will never go back to this particular UPS store, they are overcharging for the same service you can get at another UPS store that’s 10 mins down the road. I went in to get 4 pages notarized and they charged me $68, $17 per page. The location down the road charged me $20, $5 per page, that’s insane! That’s like walking next door to Publix and buying a gallon of milk for $5 then going to Publix in Apison and they charge you $17! I will make sure to let everyone I know to avoid this location at all cost. People out here living paycheck to paycheck and this location does things like this. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I wouldn’t expect them to help BUT to simply stand there while someone (anyone) couldn’t get the door and never consider coming over to help open it astounds me! Loving faith in humanity one UPS Snowhill location at a time. They should be ashamed.

Im an old coot who doesnt know anything about technology but he stepped aside with me and helped me find a stupid email buried in my phone. I was very pleased and will be coming back!

Niel helped me while I was there and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s rare to get the kind of genuine customer service now that this location offered and it really stood out.
