- TTTony Taylor4 days ago5.0I recently received packages delivered to our mailbox in Oliver Springs, but the key cylinder was broken, preventing me from accessing the box. Unfortunately, the local post office number was unavailable, which would have saved me time from visiting the Oliver Springs Post Office in person. Initially, I was upset, but MK at the post office greeted me with a smile and handled the situation professionally. She went above and beyond my expectations by driving out to my address to retrieve the packages. Her professionalism, kindness, and handling the situation is what customer service is all about. 😁

Called the next day and they couldn't find the package, told they would inform the carrier that they had the wrong address. Same day was supposed to have more packages delivered. All showed delivered, but no packages in sight. Called to find out about it, and was told that they were closing and would have to call back the next day.
