Unfortunately, the local post office number was unavailable, which would have saved me time from visiting the Oliver Springs Post Office in person. Initially, I was upset, but MK at the post office greeted me with a smile and handled the situation professionally. She went above and beyond my expectations by driving out to my address to retrieve the packages. Her professionalism, kindness, and handling the situation is what customer service is all about. 😁

Shame on you for not being more careful with other people's belongings. My item was expensive and sentimental and they just destroyed the whole thing! I wish I could leave 0 stars!

I have received many many packages through the mail because I have shopped online for many years now, along with getting automatic shipments from different locations on a monthly basis; however, this month the USPS has decided to lie about trying to deliver 3 boxes on 4/06/21 (while I was home) by saying that my mailbox was too full....I would love to know what kind of people they have working there that can fit boxes that contain a 34lb. and 47lb. bags of dog food along with a case of drinks and container of 105 cascade pods into a mailbox in the first place?????
