If you arrive during normal business hours and they are open AND able to assist you… you need to buy a lottery ticket.

I received a package that was opened by the mail carrier and the rest of my other male was stuck inside of the package instead of placed inside of my mailbox. Last time I checked opening someone else's mail was a federal offense and I will be pressing charges and following for suit.

I had a passport appointment scheduled for 9:00 am on September 3, 2025, at the United States Post Office located at 14695 HWY 194 in Oakland, Tennessee, 38060. I arrived early to my appointment as instructed, but the service was incredibly poor.
When I informed the employee that I had an appointment for 9 am, she claimed that it would only take a minute because she was counting the mail. However, when I inquired about the duration of a minute, she responded that it was approximately an hour. I explained that I had booked this appointment a week in advance and had driven an hour to reach the post office because I urgently needed my passport. Despite my explanation, she became irate and stated that she was busy and could not accommodate my scheduled appointment.
When I asked for her manager’s name, she informed me that she was the manager herself. When I requested a number to lodge a complaint, she advised me to look it up online. As she walked away from the front counter, she only mentioned her name as Turner.
This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at any United States Post Office. Her behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

The worse, outdated post office ever if you can get through the parking lot after rain to get to it. No parking spots. No waiting space to see an employee for assistance. It is always a line with only one person working. It is equipped for two.
