On Tuesday I dropped a letter in the blue mail box in the parking lot, and the moment I dropped the letter, I realized I didn't have a stamp on it. I have never done this before and this was my tax payment to the IRS!!! I was so upset and mortified to go in the station and tell someone of such stupid thing. But the ladies working that day were so nice and helpful. I gave them the stamp, the information and my phone number. They told me they would take care of it and they DID!!! Within an hour I got a phone call to let me know they found the letter and put the stamp on it. Wow!!! That's what you call Excellent Customer Service. Thank you so much ladies!!!!
