- XXxPembiiJan 26, 20261.0If there was an option to give no stars I’d do it. I was picking up a postal package that was held. The guy that was there was extremely rude and has terrible customer service. He acted like it was a problem that my package was held, when I just simply wasn’t home when it was supposed to arrive. Me and my fiance both noticed how his tone, eye movement, and his demeanor was genuinely unjustified. I would’ve asked for his name to be honest, but I would’ve rather just not know anyone who acts like that.

Her app't time was 12:15pm today and we got her there about 15 minutes earlier and she was through with the entire process before her app't time. They were courteous and very professional and wasted no time in completing the process with her. It is refreshing to see a government office work this efficiently. Thanks to all involved.
