The staff at this USPS location are, by far, the nicest staff I have met! They go above and beyond to ensure that everyone's needs are met. I have been several times and I have never even came close to having a bad experience. I will definitely come to this location for any of my postal needs!

I've always had friendly, helpful service here. Recently I called and talked to the Postmaster, Candace who went out of her way to help me find a package. She even called me a few days later to make sure it had been delivered! I so appreciate having such a great post office in Nolensville.

Poor customer service. Rude employee. If you don’t want to work at the post office, just find another job. Nobody else is choosing for you to stay in something that makes you miserable.

We came in with over 50 packages during a busy time of day. Candace, the postmaster, helped us and the process was very smooth and as quick as 50 packages could be. This is our second time coming with a lot of things to mail, and we have been very satisfied both times!!

Being told I have to pay just to get a printed acknowledgment that they received my package. I haven’t had this issue at any other post office. Just to clarify I had already paid for shipping but they wanted me to just drop my box in a stack outside of the main area where anyone could easily come in and take it and they wanted to charge me just to show that they had received it. Not sure if this is a new policy or just this location trying to get some extra cash but either way it’s pretty disappointing.
