- BKbrad kesslerMay 10, 20201.0I ordered something from Wish and the seller put the wrong address on the package and was delivered to another address in Newport.I was unable to get ahold of seller or Wish to resolve problem.I had to got through a third party company to get ahold of someone at Wish and was told I cannot get a refund. I called USPS and they said they know where the package is but will not let me have the address so, I am out money and i am out my stuff. I had a package came damaged and took it to get the insurance on it.They lost the package then found it a day or so later and then said it was not damaged and was not going to send in damage report(which is their job).My package was denied because no report so it went on final appeal and i finally had to take it to Sevierville to have them send in report it was denied because the said it was not damaged they do not know their jobs or what is damaged or not.I went back to get my stuff today and now they can't find it so I am supposed to call tomorrow but they never answer so another trip in hopes they have the stuff. I would never do business if I had any choice they need new management they are incompetent and don't know there jobs.I can't even give zero stars but I would for sure.
