- TSTyler Suffridge2 days ago1.0The lady working the front counter on 02-25-2026 was extremely rude, I brought some packages in to be sent with prepaid labels and she told me she couldn’t send them because they were priority boxes with a ground advantage label. That’s perfectly fine I didn’t know that so I left and repackaged them and brought them back repackaged in some older boxes I had that I had to tape a lot. She accused me of just taping up the priority boxes and very rudely refused to ship them. I took them 5 minutes down the road to the other USPS location and they shipped my packages and were very friendly about it as well. There was no call for that.

I shouldn't have to go to pick it up twice after paying for delivery. Now you can't drop off packages where you have been for the last 7-8 years. Absolutely ridiculous, hateful staff. 0 Stars

The middle aged guy and woman that works in there when you go up to the counter are always so nice and helpful, however the heavy set blonde lady is nothing but unprofessional and rude every single time I go in there for anything, called and made a complaint on her and they more less said her being unprofessional and rude was okay due to keeping the office in line, absolutely horrible customer service the complaint department as well, I’ll be driving the extra mile to do my service with Jefferson City.

The one who has been delivering our mail for the past couple weeks has not been our regular delivery Lady. Who ever it is has been ripping packages out of their packaging in order to fit them into the mail box individually. Our usual lady brings packages to the back porch and leaves them. The package that was put in the mailbox today was bent up, torn and shoved into our box because the are to lazy to take a few steps to our porch. There has to be some policy against them ripping items out of their shipping packaging
