When I purchased a Priority Mail return envelope for my passport application, I specifically asked the staff I need a tracking number. The staff member told me that the embassy would provide the tracking number. However, when I traveled to Washington, DC and visited the embassy, I was informed that USPS should have provided the tracking number at the time the envelope was purchased. I then had to walk around DC trying to locate a USPS office to obtain the tracking information. This misinformation caused significant inconvenience and stress. I had already spent a great deal of time and money traveling for this appointment, including waking up at 3 a.m. to catch an early flight. Accurate information from USPS staff is extremely important for time-sensitive documents like passports. I hope this location improves staff training so that customers receive correct guidance in the future.

Despite this, they asked him for a rental agreement. An hour later, I went with him and explained that the rental contract was in my name and that he lived with me. We had all the necessary documents, but even after going twice, they didn't help us. They were supposed to help, but they didn't. Then we went to another place and showed the employees the documents we had, asking if they were sufficient. They said they were. So, think carefully before coming here (I suspect they are being racist).

It was a constant flow of people even with an appointment. Again, tellers were great, just hire more to help them out.
