Don’t bother calling them, they won’t answer or give you a call back and if by chance you get them on the line, they won’t do a thing to help. Go directly to customer service and file a complaint. Not even management at this branch has been professional.

I’ve had to get many refunds because of her carelessness. She needs to be reminded without mail she doesn’t have a job. I’m filing a formal complaint because this is rediculous and has been going on for way too long.

I came in to drop off a box and I did not have the box taped and he acted like it was the end of the world to slap a piece of tape on there and ship it when the other locations I go to will do it no problem. I Even offered to pay for a piece of tape to go on there and he told me straight up "No" and had the most sour look on his face. Went next door to staples and was in and out in 2 minutes. Will NOT be returning and would drive 100 miles the other direction if I had to!
- TGThompson GrantDec 15, 20251.0Last week, I dropped off 900 flyers to be sent out for my business. The two employees I interacted with were rude and unhelpful. When they could not help me, they gave me a phone number to call that was disconnected. Eventually, I was able to find what I needed and paid to have the 900 flyers mailed out. I told the employee that I needed them to go out on Monday because my website was still being finished. He told me that he would send them out on Monday for me. Today, on Monday, I checked when the flyers were mailed out and they were delivered last week when my website wasn't finished. I paid $300 for those flyers and another $200 to have them shipped out. I'm furious by the incompetence and negligence displayed at this branch.
