No large boxes for sale. Can't ship without a box, usps should know this by now. When I asked if there are any large boxes the employee said nothing and just shook her head like I ask the stupidest question possible and offered NO helpful information. Our taxes are being wasted. It's a shame that the usps has devolved to such a pitiful service.

I would like to file a complaint about a USPS employee due to unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
I went to the post office to prepay several envelopes that I plan to use at a later time. From the moment I approached the counter, the employee spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone and asked, “What do you want?” Her attitude was so harsh from the beginning that it almost made me cry.
I explained that I needed to prepay four envelopes for future use and described how I intended to send them. While interacting with me, she made facial expressions that made me feel as if I were being treated like I was unintelligent. It felt like she was mocking or repeating my actions in a disrespectful way.
Despite this, I tried to remain calm and maintain a positive attitude. However, the employee continued to treat me poorly.
She instructed me to arrange the envelopes as if I were mailing them immediately, even though I had already explained that I was not sending them at that time. While I was trying to follow her instructions, she told me to hurry up and loudly pointed out the line behind me, saying that I needed to be faster because there were other customers waiting. This made me feel rushed, uncomfortable, and humiliated in front of others.
After I completed the payment, I thanked her and attempted to leave. However, she told me I was not allowed to leave with the prepaid envelopes and that I had to send them immediately, which is incorrect since I was only prepaying them for future use.
At that point, I felt I had no choice but to raise my voice and firmly defend myself in order to be understood. Only after that did her behavior begin to improve.
For identification purposes, the employee appeared to be a dark-skinned woman with a strong accent.
I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed so that customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.
