When it didn’t start tracking by Monday morning, I spiraled into a bit of a panic. I called the store four separate times for updates, and every single time, the staff remained incredibly calm and patient with me. When my anxiety peaked, I was transferred to the manager. Even though I was frustrated and clearly stressed, she stayed professional and went above and beyond to manually locate and key in my package just to give me peace of mind. As it turned out, the package was picked up moments later anyway—I definitely overreacted, but they treated me with nothing but kindness and professionalism throughout the entire ordeal. A++ service! 💕
