We arrived at the time I had CONFIRMED the day before. The person seated just said to me that the Notary did NOT show up today. Didn’t bother to call me and let me know, no real apology, and I had to find another resource on the fly and have my elderly father go elsewhere. I would give them a 0 if I could. So inconvenient and unprofessional!!!
