  John was the only employee assisting customers at 8:15 AM on a Wednesday morning at the Green Hills location. There were 4 people ahead of me and 3 came in after me. He was calm & quick, but not rushed, and efficiently took care of everyone with a great attitude the whole time. Give this man a raise!

  Thought I’d have to wait a long time when I came in and saw a line to the door, but every associate was so kind and assured us that they’d be with us ASAP. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, and John was especially helpful with processing my package. Everyone was eager to help customers quickly and with care to get through the line super quickly. I don’t live near this location anymore, but always try to make a stop in green hills when it’s convenient, because I think that the staff is extra friendly here.

  I’ve come here twice a week forever and made the mistake of not getting a receipt for a Bloomingdale’s return with $255 worth of merchandise because I’m here so much. The woman was supposed to tape it up and put on the label. A month later it still hasn’t been scanned and I just lost $255 because of trusting this location. Perhaps she’s wearing the dresses, perhaps the box got thrown away. Who knows. Lesson learned.
