  Went in to get a will notarized. Steve and team were fantastic - attentive, detail-oriented, patient, and professional. Meanwhile, the store was steadily busy with everything humming along efficiently. Well managed, great customer service!

  I’ve been here a couple times and I’ve never had a 5 star experience. This time I had to leave a review because I was helped by Steve and he completely didn’t have his head together and my notary was done wrong. Had to go elsewhere to redo it.

  Notary is overpriced and he put the stamp on top of his signature so they wouldn't even accept it meaning I paid $15 for no reason at all. Very disappointed. To overcharge and void the document by poor execution is infuriating and the "response" only highlighting price justification is insulting. It's not the price that is the issue, it's him voiding his own work. Because he placed the seal on top of the signature, they refused to accept it, so I paid for nothing.

  I had a really great experience at The UPS Store. Mr. Steve is constantly helpful, professional, and quick—he always makes the process easy and stress-free. He is truly a gem and such an asset to this location. The store is nice, well-organized, and the staff is extremely efficient. He is one of the many reasons why I will continue to frequent this business. Highly recommend!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of care that is incredibly rare these days. Steve is not only personable and kind, but he is truly attentive. If you have heavy packages, he’ll walk right out to your car and help bring them in without hesitation. It’s that kind of thoughtful, above-and-beyond service that makes all the difference. He’s conversational, welcoming, and has such a calm, grounded presence that instantly puts you at ease. What stands out even more is the culture he has created within his team. His staff reflects his leadership—friendly, efficient, and consistently professional. You can tell there is a strong sense of respect and synergy in that store, and that starts with him. Knowing that Steve is a veteran adds another layer of respect and appreciation. His service to our country is something I deeply admire, and it shows in the way he carries himself and leads others. Even though I now live about 15 miles away, I still make the drive just to go to this location—and that is entirely because of Steve.
