  It’s so easy and friendly to ship a package at ups. They are the most professional shipping company around.

  Couldn't print my label had issues with the company to get my refund label.They took time to help me with the company to get that label so I wouldn't have to pay shipping for something not my fault.So very nice to me and patient with my situation. I will be back at this location.Even when they were incredibly busy they took their time only 2 people working.Im greatful thankyou for all you do ❤️

  Rudest manager. Didn’t know there was even a second person working, so I waited on the customer in front of me for several minutes. A second guy finally came out, and I went to the counter to ship a box. He treated me like I was a complete inconvenience (even complaining that he would have to type in an address manually…at a shipping store) and was horribly condescending the entire time. He acted incredibly suspicious of me and my package, complained about having to type in an address, gave me an attitude when I asked to just write it down for him, made a great physical show of “struggling” to read my handwriting and then ignored me and became more irritated when I started to spell it for him anyways since he seemed to be having such a hard time. When I was surprised at the cost because I’ve sent things to this friend before for cheaper, I was talked down to and cut off to explain things that weren’t even applicable because he didn’t give me the chance to finish, so when I finally gave up and said okay fine, just run it, he said “no, I don’t think so.” And told me to leave the store. I confronted him about his attitude and treatment of me and he told me I wasn’t welcome and to leave. I said I’d wait for the other girl working there. He told me “see, she’s busy doing something.” I said I would wait. When she came back out he told her to not serve me. She looked visibly uncomfortable. This is when they informed me that he was her manager, so she was unable to help without penalty. I asked for a number to call the store manager and was told “yeahhhh, seeeeee, I don’t have that number. You can go down the street to another store.” Complete. Jerk.
