- ECezra careyMar 31, 20261.0What do you call it when you buy up a perfectly good water refilling station and replace it with one that is brand new and purposely broken. Forcing the consumer to have to pay full price for exchange instead of the normal 2$ for refill. It’s a scam. They have done it to every Kroger refill station now. Will be reporting to BBB
