When I went to pick it up this morning, they told me that they did not have it. The woman working this morning blamed me for not being there the second that the notification got sent to me yesterday, as if it is my fault that they misplaced the package within less than 18 hours.

Sherice from the other post office was very helpful and told me more info. on the package but this post office couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone!! My packet has been sitting in Nashville for a week now since it shipped late last month and est. delivery by 4/29!! Terrible!

I stated "I understand that my package wasn't received yet since April 24th, because of the virus" The women said its not because of the virus with a rude tone.. I gave her my tracking number for reference and she said according to the package its getting return to the sender because it had a wrong address but which was a lie.. because I have already created a case for this package and it was verified that I had the correct address.. Then she said "Good Luck man" and hang up the phone.. Terrible customer service..
