They have their hours listed as open until 5:30, but I just got here and apparently they close at 5:00 every day. Thanks for wasting my time USPS!

Went in to mail a birthday card for my boyfriend. The guy at the counter helping me was nice. He asked if I wanted to pay $30 for it to get there tomorrow instead of Monday. I said no. The guy beside me (Cody) joked about how I couldn't pay the extra money to ship it to him sooner. It was really rude. I told him how that comment upseted me and he didn't apologize and said to file a complaint with the manager which I didn't do because I didn't want to escalate the situation. He should think about what he says to customers before saying them and at least feel bad when making a young girl cry.

Wish I could give zero starts I’ve called this location over 17 times in the last 4 hours and no respond the female delivery driver that delivers at west end needs to find another job if she’s gonna deal with people mail and packages like this, for some reason they said my mail was delivered but there’s no dam mail she leaves packages and mails out in the open and won’t even put the key for the big mail boxes in your locker she just leaves it open, I’ve waited 2 years for this document just for them to lose it and I I don’t plan on waiting another 2 and paying thousands of dollars to replace it so they better find my mail.
