I had a couple of issues filling out to form( blue ink instead of black and wrong amount on payment money order), the clerk Deb was extremely helpful and patient with me, straightening everything out, doing a fairly good photo, and giving me a more confident feeling that the process will go well.

Claimed the carrier delivered them but I was home the entire time. After my shipper did an investigation they determined the same thing. Very shady and nothing but scummy theives BEWARE!
