- ZMZ MurphyMay 11, 20212.0Just moved here, and the FIRST TWO trips were terrible...the customer service is atrocious, and even the nice ones seem to not fully understand their jobs, causing a massive inconvenience. I'm not talking about merely sending packages, I'm talking about things that actually require training like PO Boxes and things "self-service" does not allow you to do. I will say, that the 3rd time I went the woman (morning shift, around 10am) seemed to really care, and was nice/patient with everyone she came across, so that's I have updated my review.

Went in to inquire about the delay to be told that their mailbox was broken into and the mail was stolen. Then was told this is not the 1st time this has HAPPENED and if I need to mail something bring it in. While I'm not blaming the post office for the HORRIBLE action of others, they could have least taken precautions or posted something a warning maybe. So disgusted with this major inconvenience!!!
