Walked in a minute after they opened to find out they already had cut off their passport walk ins over a half hour before the walk in hour started. Was told to get there BEFORE opening next time to be maybe selected as the next fortunate 4 people they choose per day.Not a very ideal situation for someone that’s disabled just trying to file their damn passport application when you can’t get an appointment ANYWHERE on the USPS website. Don't expect any friendliness or accommodating by the staff, they don’t care about you and don’t want to do their job.Don’t come here if you aren’t limited and can go to any other USPS.

- AHAutumn HendrixsonSep 25, 20251.0Walked in for the 9am to 10am walk-in passport services and was told no that I have to come in at 5 AM and get a number or else wait basically a month for an appointment. It says nowhere on the website that I had to come in at 5 AM to get one of four numbers in order to get a chance for the WALK IN passport services. The website doesn’t even say they open at 5am!!! The website should add clarification because I just wasted $20 worth of diesel and two hours of my time just to be told go somewhere else on one of the days that I had to take a half day from work because I work from 6 AM to 7 PM. This has been a massive waste of my time and money and I hope that it isn’t for anybody else. I’m now going to have to apply for an emergency passport so I can apply to COLLEGE, because I have to wait for an appointment in almost a month, when I need my passport within the next two months and a half. The only OTHER place that could possibly do it is at times when I’m not available because I work two full time jobs. I’m so frustrated by this, and I hope they have the day they deserve.
