She’s gotten sharp with me each time I’ve interacted with her, and made my 12 month old cry once because he touched a pen on the counter. I’m the sole daytime caretaker of my child and have to bring him with me, which can be stressful. Toddlers do not enjoy long waits and restricted movement. A little empathy towards people who are trying to juggling multiple things at one time isn’t difficult. That’s in the job description when you work a customer service position.
