- DDDanielleDec 18, 20251.0If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Older man at the counter was SO rude. Wish I would've got his name. I came in to drop off a box and I did not have the box taped and he acted like it was the end of the world to slap a piece of tape on there and ship it when the other locations I go to will do it no problem. I Even offered to pay for a piece of tape to go on there and he told me straight up "No" and had the most sour look on his face. Went next door to staples and was in and out in 2 minutes. Will NOT be returning and would drive 100 miles the other direction if I had to!

When they could not help me, they gave me a phone number to call that was disconnected. Eventually, I was able to find what I needed and paid to have the 900 flyers mailed out. I told the employee that I needed them to go out on Monday because my website was still being finished. He told me that he would send them out on Monday for me. Today, on Monday, I checked when the flyers were mailed out and they were delivered last week when my website wasn't finished. I paid $300 for those flyers and another $200 to have them shipped out. I'm furious by the incompetence and negligence displayed at this branch.

This makes it look like I did not drop the package off at the PO and if it gets lost between the Nashville PO and the next location, it is deemed as the shippers fault because USPS will not take responsibility for "a package that was never dropped off."
