Absolute worst customer service. The woman working there is beyond rude and they’re lucky I didn’t cause a scene.

I live in Dickson, TN and I will make the drive to this location because the customer service is 100 time better. They have treated me with respect.

I consistently have packages not getting their initial scan when dropping them into the package drop-off in the lobby. This makes it look like I did not drop the package off at the PO and if it gets lost between the Nashville PO and the next location, it is deemed as the shippers fault because USPS will not take responsibility for "a package that was never dropped off."

Qualifications for working at the post office in Metro Nashville seem to be mumbling, dislike of customers, and inability to make eye contact. Glad I don't have to come here often.

Not sure why this post office keeps its lobby open after hours if the priority mail supplies are left behind their locked door. I needed to ship an item through USPS priority using the self-service kiosk but didn’t have a way to package the item properly… Completely useless.
