I came to receive my package and the whole demeanor changed. I wish I had another option besides this place. Please higher better staff and train your staff on a customer service 101 class. If what you need is not right next to the person working the desk then you are just out of luck because no one there will get off their butt and assist a customer past telling them there is nothing they can do for them. To top it off the manager is never there and any one with access to product or information is on vacation week after week when iI go in.
