- JAJulio AndersonMar 17, 20221.0I was supposed to get a package from Monday the 14th , I sent them an email yesterday and someone took my information and told me that they would try to locate the package and call me back they never did, I tried calling them back yesterday many times and no one picked up the phone, I called again this morning and was lucky for them to pick up the phone , they took all my information again and said they would call me back no one did , I tried to call them back and they are not picking up the phone again, I spoke to them this morning about 9:30am , I really think they lost the package because I tracked it until it reached there and just for them to scan it and drop it off and now they can't find .
