    I have nothing but bad experiences with this branch. Incoming packages are sent here at this base and then prepared to be delivered to the customer but no. No. No. …. The package is now sent to ANOTHER STATE just 2-3 days later. WHY? This has happened twice in the last 2 months how is that even possible? I have had to place a missing mail order just to have my package sent back to this facility and PRAY that they don’t mishandle the package for the 3rd time. Unbelievable

    This is just an awful location! The employees don’t care and will close with you standing in their face in the door! They aren’t caring that customers have. Been in line waiting. I would go elsewhere but this location has my package I have tried for 2 days to pick up and I can’t get help!

    Our postal woman did not deliver our package but left a notice saying we must pick it up. She entered our building and never said a word about it just left the notice as a missed delivery. The date she put as the missed delivery was Feb. 14, 2026. Today is Feb. 10, 2026.

    This is the closest post office for me which is rather annoying since the staff are ridiculously stressed and frequently snap at customers. They ran out of stamps the one day I actually needed to buy stamps by selling all available stamps to another individual in line ahead of me. The situation was rather interesting since the request was “all the stamps you have, especially the big rolls, I want 5000-10,000 stamps.” Bizarre. The lobby parcel drop doesn’t accept packages after 5 or before 8 which is inconvenient. The lobby door doesn’t close properly. Generally not a well kept place, and the air of irritation from staff when folks have the audacity to show up and try to mail things is disappointing.

    This is ridiculous. They do not answer the phone at this location AT ALL. I had a usps driver stop at the end of my street and mark my packages as delivered in my mailbox. When I went outside to check the mailbox, there was nothing delivered. The USPS van then drive back down the street, driving all crazy and jumping curbs and parking on the sidewalks IN HIS VAN. He then drove right past my house again without delivering anything. I tried calling the actual Post Office at this number about a dozen times now - no answer, just constant ringing for 4 min before it automatically disconnects. I called Customer Service who then put in a service request. I was promised a call within 2 business days. It has now been 4 business days, and no one had contacted me. I called back to the local post office - again no answering. I then called customer service again, and they informed me that the case was closed and that they had notes that they spoke to me about my missing package - WHICH IS A LIE! I absolutely hate USPS in this location - they are liars, unreliable, and super unhelpful!
