When they are open, some days it feels like an inconvenience to have customers. Granted, they deal with the worst of attitudes from the general public and are probably understaffed, but the government should do a bit better if that’s the case.

Honestly by their treatment of me they forced me to write fewer checks and pay online which is cost effective. Also I now only use UPS and FedX for everything. People are pleasant and packages are delivered on time and undamaged.

It feels immoral and borderline illicit to fail to deliver someone’s packages and mail. The person that called could also stand to take a hospitality class considering they deal with public. Being snarky and snide is uncalled for when someone is tracking undelivered (and now missing) items.
