I had such a wonderful experience at this post office yesterday. I waited in line and watched the clerks positive interactions with everyone that came in. The line didn’t take too long and once it was my turn, my issue needed a supervisor. Their supervisor, Hannah, immediately came out even though on a conference call took my information. Let me know that it was going to take a little while since she was on that call but she would definitely reach out to our carrier Curtis and get back with me as soon as possible. Very friendly. Within an hour, Curtis had rectified my issue and I did receive a call back from Hannah closing the loop. I was very impressed with the service, especially being the holidays, and grateful that this is my post office.
