Two of the boxes were too large to fit so I went to place them on the counter(which I have done numerous times). The line was long and they had prepaid labels so I’ve been told in the past, just drop them at the far end on the right hand side of counter. I confirmed with the gentleman checking people out. He said no problem and I thanked him. That was 4 days ago and neither of those packages are tracking. Tracking number states they were never dropped off. I’m sure they will never been seen again. Unreal!
