place is a joke. I walk in and the black guy(clerk 45)with short hair just like his short temper helped me. I waited in like to be called and when this guy calls me over he's already huffing and puffing. He’s throwing everything in his area to reach his scanner. Probably the most active he’s been with all that belly. I asked if i need to pay for anything, he looked me up and down and laughed, that laugh you do when you think some one is stupid. Guy tells me, “no you don’t, you should know these things” If you have some one that miserable working there then why can’t you put him where nobody has to see his face.

There is a thief at this location. My package was stolen and I am still dealing with USPS claims department to get my money back. This ordeal has been going on for months, all because someone decided to help themselves to my mail. Clearly this is an ongoing problem at this location, looking at the other reviews. My question is why isn't this being investigated and the person/persons stealing the mail being held accountable? There is something very wrong with this picture. If you have a package that needs to go through here, keep an eye on the tracking because unfortunately there's a good chance you won't get it. This place is a joke.

If you need a passport, don’t look here! I got here 30 minutes early and I waited until I was the next in line, two minutes before they were supposed to stop taking walkins they came out and told everyone they needed to leave. They took people from the day before, that came in after us, out of order. It’s not like I waited last minute to make an appointment either, unfortunately I needed to wait on my government documents to arrive and now I desperately need a passport before November 25th so I can attend university. They had no sympathy for me at all especially after I told them that I work two full time jobs and couldn’t keep showing up to different locations. This is the second location I’ve gone to that has been absolutely terrible. The first location straight up lied to my face. If i go to another location tomorrow and the same thing happens again, i will legitimately file a complaint because this has been a massive pain in the butt, and I can’t afford to pay $20 in diesel everyday. They should have to reimburse me at this point for all of the waisted diesel.
