  The entire staff were great at helping me get my packages to the Convention Center for my conference presentation. I so enjoyed working with Dajana, Jaszmine, Keith, Adam, Jailene, and Tia. Everyone assisted me and answered my questions. They provided excellent customer service!

  I cannot express enough gratitude to this team. I was heading out of town and had to drop off an invaluable package on a Sunday. When it didn’t start tracking by Monday morning, I spiraled into a bit of a panic. I called the store four separate times for updates, and every single time, the staff remained incredibly calm and patient with me. When my anxiety peaked, I was transferred to the manager. Even though I was frustrated and clearly stressed, she stayed professional and went above and beyond to manually locate and key in my package just to give me peace of mind. As it turned out, the package was picked up moments later anyway—I definitely overreacted, but they treated me with nothing but kindness and professionalism throughout the entire ordeal. A++ service! 💕

  I went two days in a row during normal business hours and the door to the store was open but no one was working there - both times there was a sign that they would be back in 20 minutes which is a lie as hotel employees told me they were never there. Very unprofessional
