Ms. Pat acknowledged I was there even though she was in the back packing up a box. The person working out front was helping an elderly person, looked me in my face but never said anything to me. Ms. Pat thenn came from the back to assist me with my Amazon return. Thank you Ms. Pat.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with ms. Pat at UPS in Tennessee! She was incredibly helpful, guiding me on how to pack my boxes properly. Not only was she super knowledgeable, but she also had the kindest, most pleasant personality. I really appreciated her time and care—thank you, Pat!

I come in the UPS store often to return items and the Customer Service there are always welcoming but I noticed today, a black female working there and her personality, attitude, demeanor is unapproachable. She do not need to work in the front assisting people, she needs to work in back because of her bad customer service.
To the Owner or Manager, please remove her front and put her in back of the store.
Please don't sweep this review under the rug because if I'm a customer and see her bad personality, I know the other associates that works there can see it.

Jessica was really helpful and pleasant to work with. She was very informative and efficient, all while answering the questions I had about shipping fragile items! I don’t normally leave reviews, but Jessica deserves to be acknowledged for her superior customer service!

I was in store #3196 dropping off 2 large boxes with shipping labels pre-attached. They were scanned and I was on my way home when I received a call from Lynn letting me know that the tracking numbers were identical. In a case like that, one only the boxes would get lost. She advised me to contact my company and get new labels. I was able to do so and upon returning to the UPS Store, Lynn assisted me with mah making sure my shipment was correctly done. She did an excellent job. Great customer service.
