I just went into ship something that was a half of a pound that I wrapped myself and it was still $30 for standard shipping. I don’t ship many things, but that seems outrageous.

Today i had a particular issue where i'd dropped off a package earlier in the day but had put the WRONG THING in the package. I came back to the store with my receipt and they helped me find my package and put the correct item in the box for shipping. What could have been a very stressful situation was not one due to the people that work here. Please never change!
