I had to send documents to a foreign country and the associate that helped me had no idea what he was doing. He kept trying to classify them as a gift.. I told him not to because then the recipient would have to pay a tax on it. Who w any sense would classify documents as a gift? He didn’t know how to categorize them and instead of getting someone to show him how to do it, he treated me as if I was the problem I eventually took back my documents and left. I went to fed ex where they did it with no problem. Every time I’ve been there I’ve been met w the Gen Z stare and ennui I wouldn’t trust this location with anything Even though this location is less than a mile from me, I drive to the UPS or FedEx in Brentwood.

- JEJon EdwardsSep 20, 20251.0Have to use this store consistently because of my job - my company spends thousands and thousands of dollars per month with UPS - and they are the worst store in town. I bring prepaid, labeled items on a daily basis, and if the scanner is open i scan them in, if not I leave them on a counter. Today they would not let me leave my 5 packages unscanned - which has never been a policy at any UPS store i have been to. If the self-scanner isn’t occupied, I will happily use it, but with the volume of packages I bring in it isnt fair to expect each time. The employee knows who I am and has let me drop off my packages to be scanned later countless times. They lied because they were busy and didn’t want to have to do a little extra work towards the end of their shift. Will only be using the other UPS stores in Nashville. Its a shame because I will have to drive an extra 3 miles to go to a store with polite and hard working employees but its worth it.

Josie from the back office offered ideas on shipping a rug home. After choosing an option, he packed the rug for me and modified the box to fit. The rug made it to my house safely and I saw that it was perfectly packed. Kudos to the employees of this UPS store!
