  John at the Hillsboro Circle store is just the best. He always goes above and beyond for the customers. This UPS store is the best for customer service and John is the reason.

  I use this store regularly and have been impressed with John’s enthusiasm and work ethic. He goes the extra mile to communicate with customers especially when there’s a delay in service (which is rare). He may be a manager based on his actions but, if not, he’d be an excellent one!

  I’ve been using the FedEx and the USPS in Brentwood to ship packages for years, only to face the hassles of understaffed locations with long lines, inefficiency, and unhelpful employees. And then I happened to be in the Green Hills vicinity with a package to mail. I knew there was a UPS store on Hillsboro Pike near the mall, so I gave them a try. Oh my goodness, what a tremendous difference between them and everyone else in the business!! No wonder they have a 4.9 rating with over 1,000 reviews!! I walked in expecting the same disappointment that I’ve experienced so many times with FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service. There were two customers being helped by two employees. I didn’t have much tome, and this could take forever because there will inevitably be an issue with BOTH customers that takes 20 minutes to resolve. That’s how it’s always been in my experience. Suddenly, as I approached the counter, a third employee emerged and happily took care of me at her register. But surely there will be some sort of issue with my package, or a delay, or a poorly trained employee that turns a simple package drop off into some sort of saga, right? No!! Absolutely no saga!! She had my package checked in and was handing me a receipt in 30 seconds. It was literally 30 seconds from the start to the finish of the transaction!! I was stunned! Thank you, UPS in Green Hills, for a painless and effortless experience far beyond any other way to ship packages in Nashville! I didn’t know such a thing still existed.
