I was racing the clock to overnight a package for one of my daughters, and Steve Eckhold went above and beyond — presenting multiple options and finding a way to cut the cost nearly in half. He could have easily said, “Here’s the price, take it or leave it,” but instead took the time to help me find the best solution. Just two days earlier, I’d stopped in to get a document notarized and shipped for my other daughter, and again received fast, affordable, and friendly service. In a world where genuine customer service is often hard to find, Steve and his team have set the gold standard. Many businesses could learn a lot from the way this store operates.
- AAAngelaOct 29, 20255.0I was in the White House location the other day and was needing some prepaid shipping labels printed for me and we ran into some issues with the PDF attachments being too large and then my cellular service wasn’t working/super slow and it was just one issue after another but Phoebe and Haylie went above and beyond to figure out a way to get these 2 labels printed for me so I could get my packages sent out because they were time sensitive. It took about 30 minutes but they finally got them printed for me without one sigh or complaint and they were so polite…highly recommend the White House location!
