- TCTerrence Clark5 days ago5.0Listennnnnnnn!!! Every single time I go to this UPS Store, they have it together like no other! I have to give a special shoutout to NaTasha who goes by Tasha in store. She shows exemplary professionalism even when customers are not the nicest. She’s helped me on a few occasions and always does a great job of branding and offering additional products to assist my shipping needs. Today I witnessed the patience shown to a seasoned customer who didn’t quite know the exchange/return process for ‘Fashionova’ products. Not only did Tasha show empathy to the seasoned customer but she patiently walked her through exactly what she needed to accomplish the task at hand. I gave kudos in the moment but absolutely needed to show commendation at a public and enterprise level. Be careful, I may have to find out what her salary requirements are and pull her to my corporation! Thank you Tasha for being an ambassador by creating a swift, professional, but memorable experience every time I patron your business. And they say customer service is dead, mannnn please! Go see Tasha, the epitome of, I’ll get you right!
