The associate who was helping me (Johan) was a class gentleman who took the time to work with me to get the print done as best as possible-- he let me know which recommended file format was the best to run the print work, and took the time to call me and request saving it in a higher-quality format so that the poster would have a better result. I was very grateful for his instruction, as now I am better equipped for future printing work that I may need in the future.
