Picked it up the next day and was told that it was fine. I also had them install a virus protection software. Two days later, it was doing the exact same thing. When I called to report it, they said to bring it back in and they would take a look at it. I refused because I was just there and they did nothing but charge me $200. Totally unacceptable. I've had good service from the folks in the copy area but the computer section is awful. There is no excuse for this level of incompetence and I want my money back.

They in no way tried to convey to people with appointments that it was down to save them from wasting time getting there. Service was not great from there, they in no way offered solutions for the matter or references to other places offering services or help. I will never set an appointment here or go shopping here again, I’ll go somewhere that has records to contact people when they can’t keep a set appointment. Also, they just have a bunch of carts blocking the entrance. It looked like the floor of a living room that two toddlers just unleashed all their toys around. Messy.
