They will shove any job into your face and expect you to go to the interview. & they will also ghost you after every meeting the meeting. No responding back to your emails or calls. I have no respect for these people. I am sharing this with everyone in Nashville area.
- JMJazz M.Oct 10, 20251.0I had the misfortune of being “recruited” into what I thought would be a promising role. I feel like the recruiter was only interested in getting me through the door to make whatever bonus he could get for the headcount + whatever cut he received for the hours I worked. He had no interest in checking on me to see how things were going AND failed to have the follow up/feedback meeting with my employer to ensure things were going smoothly. So of course my “contract to hire “ role that I was sold to get in the door and jump thru hoops for abruptly ended on the 30th day to be exact due to a “shift in work”. As soon as I asked for answers / as separation notice to file unemployment all of a sudden all processes were siloed and I was chasing vague number / person to get what I needed. The recruiter made sure to harass me to get the background check and drug test done even calling and texting my personal cell phone well into the evening at 7pm or later. He took little care to actually do his job.
