A driver named Jet Jackson was to deliver a package and get an INDIRECT signature. Is Friday and expectation is that I’ll come home use my key card to my apartments secure mail room and have my package but no I get home to a door tag and an update scheduled deliver for Monday. Which is insane as the same thing will happen as I will not be there as I work at the time. That’s why an indirect signature was listed and not a direct but instead this worker goes directly to my door. At this point go autonomous, I’m highly disappointed.

She didn't just point me to a box; she helped me pick out the perfect packaging materials, meticulously wrapping each item and ensuring it was securely cushioned. She was so knowledgeable about the best way to protect the electronics and even double-checked the address and shipping method. Most importantly, she assured me that my package would reach its destination safely and on time. Her confidence and expertise were exactly what I needed. Thanks to Drea, my stress melted away, and the package arrived in perfect condition, just as she promised. This level of service is rare, and I can't recommend her enough!
