  This FedEx Office location is astonishingly incompetent. I ordered a print job online to save time — the first attempt was done incorrectly, despite clear specifications. When I followed up and gave them a second chance, they cancelled the order outright with no explanation. No call. No clarification. Just cancelled. The staff are slow, disorganized, and seemingly uninterested in resolving problems they create themselves. This isn’t a one-off mistake — it reflects a complete lack of basic operational standards. If this store is unable to handle routine print orders accurately, it shouldn’t be offering online ordering at all. At a minimum, the regional manager needs to investigate this location, because whatever oversight exists here is clearly not working. I would strongly advise anyone with time-sensitive or professional print needs to go elsewhere.

  FedEx as a franchise and this location have been very unhelpful in getting a self addressed envelope for official document purposes. This was the second FedEx location I went to and I got instructions to go figure it on my own at the computer. I did so and created an account but when it came to shipping a package, it was not recognizing the account I just created a few mins ago. Very frustrating experience since this was the second time staff was unhelpful.

  I visited the Green Hills office today between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to drop off a package. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her lack of basic customer service skills made the interaction unpleasant and unacceptable.

  We had a complicated order: a holiday letter to print on paper that had a design ( wasn’t blank). Plus our signature had to be scanned in and placed correctly, plus our return envelopes weren’t standard. Courtney was VERY patient, careful, and made me feel that I was very important to her. Made my day! I’ve been to the store several times since it opened. Very short wait times.

  I LOVE THIS PLACE! Ticia the manager knows her stuff & is so very helpful. I was told by multiple people that I wouldn't be able to print on my own paper (for wedding invitations) & she saved me so much time & money. I will continue to drive the 30 mins out of my way to come here over the 5 min FedEx next to my house. She is amazing & they will forever get my business because of her!
