  I have worked with this FedEx location twice and left impressed both times. As such, I will continue to give this location my business and recommend them for their outstanding service. I first visited the store in November 2025. I wanted to ship an acoustic guitar to a friend of mine in NYC. The young man I worked with, Mr. Hunt, quoted me half the cost that UPS did, packed up the guitar for me, and shipped the box to my friend without incident. The experience was super easy! The second time I visited was in February 2026. I wanted to print two scientific posters for a conference. I worked with both Tina and Cici. Tina offered great customer service the moment I walked in the door. She was eager to help and directed other customers to open tellers, so nobody had to wait long for assistance. When I emailed my print-ready designs and specifications, Tina quoted me a 24-hour turnaround time and a price that was, again, better than those of competitors. When I mentioned the additional promotional deal that FedEx had on its website for print orders, she then honored that, too. On pick-up day, one poster was smaller than intended, but Cici promptly resolved this and reprinted the poster in just 20 minutes. Cici also made sure I was satisfied with the final look of both posters and the difference in price -- which was still a good deal and competitive! In short, everything about my experience with this store has been above and beyond my expectations! So, yes, if you’re looking for fair pricing, exceptional customer service, and a team that clearly cares about their work and enjoys working together, this is the place to go for your printing and shipping needs!

  I took the time to email what I needed printed before leaving my house, then drove to the FedEx location. I only needed a couple of items printed. I arrived at 7:40 p.m., and the store closes at 8:00. When I got there, the customer service representative asked if it was something I could print on the self-service machine. It wasn’t, as I needed it printed on upgraded paper. He then told me he was the only person working in the back and was not taking any new orders. While I understand that, the issue was his tone. He spoke in a rude and condescending manner, which was unnecessary. I had been having a great day and normally wouldn’t take the time to go online and complain, but the way he spoke to me was uncalled for. It felt dismissive, and I wasn’t even given the opportunity to show him that it was a very simple document that would have taken only a couple of minutes. There is another, younger employee at this location who is always very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, this interaction left me uncomfortable enough that if I come in again and see this same employee, I would likely leave. I don’t feel the need to engage with people who are rude, especially when I’m simply trying to use a service during business hours.

  Used to use this store often for my small business. Looks like they have fully transitioned their staff and now print times are always backlogged for days. Not sure what’s going on management wise here but it’s been a stark fall off in operations. Going to take my business elsewhere. I’m guessing they can still handle shipping but I wouldn’t go here for anything else.

  One of the only Fedex locations in Nashville, and one of the absolute worst. I would not have any pickup orders for this location, they will lose your package, they will not try to find it.
