Andrew was super patient with me and the project, as we worked together to get it made exactly how I wanted it. Could not have asked for a better representative to help me on this project, and would go to him for any kind of help. He was friendly, insightful, patient, and committed to getting this done, which was more than I could have ever asked of someone. The whole staff there was friendly and fun to be around. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I went to return a package that shipped via FedEx just now at this location. The woman behind the desk noticed me trying to figure things out at the kiosk, and she offered to help walk me through the process. She was super kind, not condescending at all, and just very eager to help. I will definitely be back, and I feel more confident now knowing how to use the kiosk.. and also knowing that there is a friendly face here!
