I had these people deliver a bed to my mailroom like what is wrong with these people. Do your job and enjoy it or don’t do it at all. I actually used to work for FedEx and we would always deliver to peoples door not to a mail room. SO LAZY!!!

Even though google store return says to take it to any FedEx store for return process, evidently this store doesn't have the system setup to do it? Very strange. At least let customers know before they make an attempt. Corporate mail not mailing well at all.
