    I hate adding to the negative comments, but I have had multiple packages lost in transit. I am currently waiting on a Christmas gift I bought for someone and it of course was lost in transit. The company replaced the item and rushed it. The package has been marked delivered in a parcel box at my apartment but they left no key in my box. I'm sure just like the other packages they put it in the wrong box and someone else gets the gift..it's not the middle of January and my package is nowhere to be found...

    Chelsea and others working the front desk have truly been amazing to work with whenever there's been an issue they've been there to help fix it. They truly work hard for us customers. Are things perfect nope but we get through it and at the end of the day things do get resolved. They put their hearts into what they do for us and we greatly appreciate each and everyone of them. God bless you all! You know you're going to have to come see us when we get our karaoke resort retreat built and come out and ride horses with us!

    Constantly marks my package pickup requests as completed hours before actually coming to my house and ignores the packages. Stop marking it as successful at 10 am if you don’t even come to my house until 4 pm, especially if you’re not even going to take the package! This location is the worst. The courier has been rude and lazy for this route for years, constantly talking on the phone about how much she hates this job and could make more doing something else. Please for the love of god quit and go be their problem then I cannot stand you!!
