  Amy is Outstanding. I am a regular Costumer. I am here 2-3 times a week. Amy knows me my name. Amy is ALWAYS professional, kind, pleasant and sweet. I have a dine in Europe in the space force and she helps me get his packages to him with out any problems. Amy is definitely a keeper. She greets everyone who comes through the door and knows a lot of people by their names!

  I absolutely love using the Northfield UPS Store. The entire team is always incredibly kind and accommodating, but Amy consistently goes above and beyond, not just for us, but for everyone who walks through the door. My husband and I run a nonprofit and visit this location once or twice a month to ship wind chimes. Amy remembers us every time and always welcomes us with a warm smile. We typically bring 10–20 wind chimes at a time, so our visits usually take at least 10 minutes. If someone comes in behind us and the other employee is busy, Amy will kindly ask if they just have a quick Amazon return so they don’t have to wait unnecessarily. It’s thoughtful little things like that that make such a difference. I always feel a sense of relief walking in and seeing Amy there, knowing she’ll take great care of everything. She’s fast, efficient, friendly, and truly exceptional. Everyone at this location has been wonderful, but Amy is truly outstanding.
